Am I suitable for dermal fillers?
As hyaluronic is the main ingredient, and one that is found naturally in the skin almost everyone is suitable. Our in-depth consultation process will determine your suitability.
Are dermal fillers painful?
A topical numbing cream is useful for people who feel they may not tolerate it. This can be very useful when administering filler to the lips. The cream is applied 20-30 minutes prior to treatment and is designed to make it much more comfortable. Post-treatment discomfort is minimal.
Are there any side effects or risks with dermal fillers?
Side effects will usually ease within 6-12 hours and can include: minor swelling, redness of the skin and mild bruising. The treatment is considered to be low risk, and all medical details will be carefully considered to minimise the chance of developing complications.
What results can I expect from dermal fillers?
Aftercare advice will outline the importance of allowing the fillers to settle in place to achieve the desired result. You should see an instant improvement to the density of the skin which gives a smoother, firmer, rejuventated result.
